Through the introduction of greenhouses (greenhouses) as an innovative agricultural tool that allows the farmer to also cultivate non-native plants such as tomatoes and chilli in a protected environment, we are also able to resist climate change.
Not having to use pesticides and fertilisers in the open field we avoid to implement slash and burn cultivation that cuts the forest and its biodiversity, contributing to the loss of oxygen and the rise in global temperature.
